This event is for vegans, vegetarians and the veg curious, anyone who wants to learn more about how to protect their health, the planet, and its inhabitants. Our mission is to bring people together to enjoy delicious vegan food, hear from engaging speakers, and explore ways to live more compassionately for the planet, the animals, and humankind. A celebration of live festival with vendors, speakers, cooking demos, giveaways and more. SPROUTING COMPASSION IS A 501C3 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT IS DEDICATED TO RAISING AWARENESS ABOUT THE CONNECTION OF VEGANISM AND ITS LINK TO SOCIAL JUSTICE ISSUES. OUR OUTREACH PROGRAM INCLUDES PRESENTATIONS, COOKING DEMOS, VEGAN MENTORSHIP, CLASS PROGRAMS, INFO, AND PARAPHENELIA DISTRIBUTION. TABLING AT EVENTS STATEWIDE, IN ORDER TO REACH MORE INDIVIDUALS WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE SOCIAL JUSTICEISSUES AND THE CONNECTION TO VEGANISM.
