Greater Louisville Alumnae Panhellenic will be hosting their annual Panhellenic Luncheon on Saturday, March 26, 2022 Greater Louisville Alumnae Panhellenic will be hosting its annual Panhellenic Luncheon on Saturday, March 26, 2022. The event will take place at Wildwood Country Club (5000 Bardstown Rd., Louisville, KY 40291). Registration will open at 10:00 AM, and the luncheon and program will begin at 11:00 AM. Each year, the GLAP comes together with Panhellenic women throughout the Louisville metropolitan area to raise scholarship funds for Panhellenic women at the University of Louisville, Bellarmine University, and Indiana University Southeast. Join us in celebrating our 2022 Scholarship Award Winners and the 2022 Outstanding Alumna recipient, while learning more about entrepreneurship in Louisville. We are also excited to welcome our keynote speaker, Lauren Coulter (Director of Franchise Development for Biscuit Belly and previous owner of LouVino and Uptown Art). In 2022, GLAP awarded $6000 in scholarship funds to some amazing Panhellenic women. We could not do this without you. This year, we will have three opportunities to contribute to the scholarship fund. Attend the Luncheon. All profits from ticket sales go to the fund. Additionally, we will be hosting a live auction with some special items during the luncheon. Silent Auction. Going live on March 18, 2022, the silent auction is GLAP's primary fundraiser. A cash bar will be available.A pre-purchased ticket is required. The deadline to register is March 18 @ 5pm. A credit card must be provided to purchase tickets. If you need to pay by check, please contact [email protected]. If you have dietary restrictions, please indicate your needs when registering.COVID-19 Guidelines. Masks are required to be worn during the event unless actively eating or drinking. Vaccinations are not required, but strongly encouraged. If you test positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, do not attend the event and contact [email protected] if you would like a refund.
