Rehoming my Border Collie

With a sad heart I am rehoming my beautiful male Border Collie as I am moving, and I cannot take him with me. His name is Pongo, he is 1 1/2 years old. He is about 60lbs and is very loving, when inside he is happy to lay on the floor next to you or cuddle with you on the couch. He is housebroken and has never chewed on furniture or pillows, (he will destroy a chew toy in an hour). He does not have the typical herding instinct. He needs to be exercised daily (2) half hour walks per day or loves to play fetch the ball. He loves other dogs but prefers to be the only dog of the house. He wants to bark at and chase cats, I doubt they would live well together. He is fully vaccinated (rabies is good for 3 years). He is neutered and is micro chipped. He comes with all his toys, beds, kennel, 30lb of food, snacks, 6 months of heartworm and tick chews. I have been working on training him not to jump up on new people, but he gets excited and needs more work. He will sit on command. Barks occasionally when someone comes to the door or wants attention. I will only consider someone who will meet in person. Rehoming fee.
