****************************** JOB FAIR THURS 2/3 **************************** The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a Property Manager and Maintenance Tech at The Arts Apartments at Bluebonnet Place. We invite qualified candidates to attend our on-site job fair Thursday, February 3rd from 11am to 2pm. Property Manager: $55k base + Bonuses • Manage, supervise, train and coach all apartment community personnel • Assist residents with concerns and everyday needs • Promote and assure apartment community maintains a high-rate of occupancy • Rent collection and on-time submittals • Completing necessary office tasks • Other duties as assigned Maintenance Tech: 19/hr+ • Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner • Ensure apartment units are move-in ready • Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community HVAC systems • Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor • Perform on-call duties • HVAC/EPA certification required Incentives: • Great benefits • 35% housing discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holidays • Paid parental leave We look forward to visiting with you in-person at 9989 Burbank Dr., Baton Rouge, LA 70810.
