Some people describe this feeling as being “in the zone.” This is the flow state.Join Hampton Roads native Elizabeth Fowler as she presents the pilot of her latest film project, "Challenging Flow". ‘Phthalo Blue’ follows Kelly Peters, an Aspen-based plein-air landscape artist and former professional downhill ski racer, documenting her artistic process and how unique experiences affect her ability to enter the flow state. This episode allows the viewer to be a part of this mind-expanding experience backed by groundbreaking neurological flow state research from Oxford University.
