Need some equipment + live streaming services

Hi everyone. My team and I are hosting a corporate summit on Thursday, 5/12/2022 and are looking for AV rentals. To give you an overview of our event, this will be Zoom hybrid (in person and virtual) with presentations starting at 8:30a PT and wrapping up at 4:30p PT. I have copied a list of items that we’d need below, but happy to hear any feedback/advice you may have if you’d assisted in similar events. Requirements: • 1 podium with mic • 2 handheld microphones • 1 Camera w/ tripod on presenter, can be panned • Ability to switch amplified audio to question asker on Zoom as needed • Ability to stream to and from Zoom • Laptop for presenter • 2 Displays: o TV for secondary display/Zoom participant questions o Projector for presentation content Costs: • Quote with staffing + setup • Equipment delivery and pickup only (assumes delivery day prior) o Can we get delivery afternoon before without additional cost? Just for QA?
