Sign-On Bonus Amount
Service Representative: $1,500
Sign-On Bonus Conditions
50% of the sign-on bonus amount will be paid in the respective employee’s third pay distribution.
Remaining 50% of the sign-on bonus amount will be paid in the respective employee’s next pay distribution after six (6) months of employment.
If the respective employee leaves The company within one (1) year, either voluntarily or involuntarily, 50% of the total amount received to-date at the time of separation will be required to be paid back to the company.
