Tickets include admission, 2 drink tickets, BBQ street tacos, silent auction with all of your local favorites, and of course Oysters! Our annual Oyster Roast helps the organization to raise money to benefit our Reading Readiness program. The Reading Readiness Program provides books each quarter to 3k-5k children attending schools and daycares in North Augusta, SC. The North Augusta Junior Women’s League (NAJWL) is a 501(c)(3) organization that works tirelessly to assist teachers, aid schoolchildren, and promote literacy awareness through our Reading Readiness Program in local elementary schools. Our Reading Readiness Program allows us to donate approximately 4,000 books per year to each child in grades 3K through 5K in local schools and daycares.  In reaching our fundraising goal, we will be able to continue our book distributions and hopefully increase the amount of books we donate.  Reaching our goal will also enable our organization to continue our ability to award college scholarships for high school seniors, meet teacher needs, provide necessities for underprivileged school children, and donate Christmas gifts for families that would otherwise go without.
