In consideration of your accepting this registration, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, and administration waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may incur as a result of participating in this event against Jeff Rogers, Rogcity Fitness LLC, the City of Altoona, or any other official sponsor of this event and all of their representatives for said injuries.
