Looking to share rehearsal room

Hi I’m a guitar and bass player and also a singer and drummer. I’m coming to Seattle with my partner who is a traveling nurse. I’m working out parts for a new album and want to find a place to rehearse while in town. I’m only bringing a small amp stack (pictured) no drums. Would love to share rehearsal room with existing band. Afternoons, 2-3 days a week. The rig has about 3.5 foot wide footprint and about 2 feet deep and 5 feet tall. We are staying on the south side of Seattle near the city limits, Rainer Valley area, would like something within 20-25 radius by car. Thank you.
