The 2022 FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS OPEN! Motivation. Milestone. Progress. We’re all in it together. Join for the fitness. Stay for the fun IT’S YOUR TIME! Over a three-week period beginning Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, the Open will give athletes around the MN area a chance to challenge themselves and shine among area athletes to compete in Friday Night Lights. Regardless of your age or ability, when you register for the Open, you’re signing up to bring out your very best, create memories, and have a blast. All athletes and spectators are welcome to watch or competes at INTEGRATION FITNESS for Friday Night Lights and will be co-hosted with help of OMNI and POWER HAUS. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, registering will open the door to a wide world of excitement and opportunity. ALL 3-weeks will be at Integration Fitness in Waite Park, MN.
