Join us for our second annual Valentine's Day Cocktail Class! Chef Brendan Alvarez has prepared a four-course dinner - each course paired with a custom craft cocktail. One of our mixologists will walk guests through each step of the cocktail preparation including how to keep a cocktail well balanced and how to choose the perfect garnishes.
Additionally, this will be the inaugural event in our freshly revamped speakeasy! Be the very first guests to experience the new Odd Birds Speakeasy.
The Menu:
First Course: Ceviche
Mango, Poblano, Leche de Tigre, Sweet Potato, Charred JalapeƱos and Japanese Purple Potato Chips
Second Course: Duck Wings
Served in a Buffalo Chili Glaze with a side of Bleu Cheese and Lemongrass Dressing
Third Course: Stone Ground Grits
Pork Ribeye, Collard Greens, House-made Hot Sauce, Pickles, Cotija Cheese
Fourth Course: Beignets
Apple and Whiskey Beignets, Soaked Apples, Caramel Drizzle
