Description
I am looking to hire a handyman (or woman) to help me put together my son's bed. The reason I need help is because the bed was originally pretty expensive- not your average Ikea bed. It is from a company is Canada and is made of all nice, solid wood. I lost the hardware during a move and contacted the company to see if they could send replacement hardware but never heard back. So, I am hoping someone can come look at the pieces that need to be assembled and hopefully be able to get a good idea of the hardware needed and let me know if they are confident that they can build the bed correctly and ensure it'll be safe.
Details about the bed:
- It is called 'The Pali Como Flat Top Forever Crib is a 4-in-1 convertible crib' Its overall design is classic but with a curved touch to the side rails to break up all the hard, right angles.
- The front-facing side of the crib is easily removable to convert into a daybed, or even a toddler bed with the Pali Como Crib Rail. (I have the bed rails)
- As a last stage this Pali Como Flat Top Forever Crib converts into a teenager-approved, full-size bed by removing the two short sides, adding on the Pali Como Full-Sized Bed Rails, and reattaching the front face of the crib, now acting now as a footboard.
- Made in Vietnam
- Made of hardwood
**Crib dimensions: 59 x 32.5 x 50.5**
I originally bought it to use as a crib. Now that my son is older, I need it to be built as the toddler bed version.
Attached are some (not great) home pictures I took of most of pieces, as well as pictures from the website.
I will attach the website link here as well:
