Description
Hello there and thank you for taking the time to read my post. This is not something I thought I would ever have to do; however, I am looking at moving soon myself so I am looking to rehome my male bearded dragon. His name is Stitch (as from the Disney movie Lilo & Stitch) and he was born Summer/Fall of 2018. I believe he is a regular color form dragon. I rescued him from Petsmart via DDFL as a baby. He is missing his back left foot and has since he came into my care – likely the result of a sibling nipping it off as a hatchling. To my knowledge he is in good health with no issues. The fully healed missing back foot does not hinder his ability to enjoy life and walk around (however, he cannot swim properly). I have interacted with and held him since day one in my care – he is friendly and accustomed to being handled by humans, primarily women. He will come with his entire setup and supplies which includes a complete Exoterra 40-gallon front opening glass enclosure, Zoomed UVB full length 36’’ hood with near new Zoomed UVB light, UVA dome with current Zoomed 75w bulb, Flukers ceramic heat emitter bulb with Exoterra cage dome for night time, an additional basic clamp lamp with a regular lightbulb to provide more light during the day, Zoomed Reptirock salad dish, his large round water dish for soaking, a custom handmade paracord harness, a very nice Delta airlines deluxe Sherpa travel carrier and his soft small pet bed with blankets for when he is chilling outside his enclosure, and The Bearded Dragon Manual book by Vosjoli. I have fed him a diet of varied salad (generally collared greens, turnip greens, squash, and dandelion greens as staples and varied treats such as blueberries, blackberries, peach, mango, etc) and varied insects for protein. For insects he primarily eats dubia roaches and superworms, though he also enjoys crickets and horn worms on occasion. I can provide the new owner with a generous helping of dubias if they would like. I am asking a rehoming fee of $200 for Stitch and everything I listed above. It is most important to me that he goes to a loving “forever” home. I prefer he goes to someone who is experienced with these creatures or who is willing to take the time and effort to learn all about them. I absolutely do not want him to go to a new home where he will just become another lizard lost in their collection or similar situation. Perhaps a young female that still lives at home that has spare time to handle and care for him would be ideal... If you are interested in him, please reach out to me via text at 303/six6nine/6three97 or email me via CL. I am located in Parker, CO 80134 and the new owner/s will be responsible for pickup. Best wishes.
