Description
This is Ralph. We simply cannot provide the space and attention for him. He is 10 months old and VERY hyper. While he is a type of Mastiff, he is a Boerboel, and they tend to be much more difficult to train, require lots more attention, and are less calm. Please don’t be confused, as he will need constant work. He is a working dog and will need space to dog, play, etc. we did not know he was a Boerboel, and we cannot give him the home he needs as a result. I just had him neutered two weeks ago, up to date on all his shots. He’s a sweet sweet boy. Never been around cats. Used to three small children that he loves dearly. He is crate trained. Can sit, come and responds to “leave it” when barking. Won’t bark unless it’s dark outside. Walks well on leash with a prong collar. Does fine at the dog park (but still doesn’t know his size). Won’t likely calm down until he’s age 3 to a traditional mastiff temperament.
We will NOT rehome him to anyone without a large yard, who works long hours, or who has little experience with large breed dogs. He is over 100 pounds.
1200.00-also includes half bag of dog food, dish, all his toys, shots, recent neuter (300).
