Disabled, help, impounded Jeep.

I played all fines to get license. Had to turn in tag to get license. No money for insurance and registration. Was giving plasma. Caught a skin infection. Went to 5 points parked Jeep. Came out to go to college enrollment. Jeep wouldn't start. Starter wouldn't turn over. Put a old tag on. Some Lady complained. I had her parking spot. They came and towed. I'm at about total 500. I have to get insurance. Regristation sticker, 85 dollars plus parking meter fines 75 tag will be released. Then I can get jeep from towing yard. 284 Edgewood Ave and pay 200 towing fee. And 26 a day storage, plus 75 more extra every Thursday. I'm trying to get Disability and help from goverment. EBT food assistance and medical..... It is all I have. I was living until EHS or my florida helps. But it could be months. My Jeep will be lost. I don't want money. I need some one to pay for these. So I can get my jeep back.
