We are seeking a Janitor / Grounds Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.. Responsibilities: • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition • Perform cleaning duties such as floors, showers, and building. • Organize custodial closets and spaces • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment & supplies • Perform routine maintenance tasks • Weed Spray Park Grounds • Trim low branches on palms & bushes • Edge lawns Qualifications: • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, lawn maintenance or other related fields • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills Kindly reply with current resume and salary requirements.
