Service/Maintenance Man needed for very large mobile home community. Must have plumbing, heavy equipment, septic tank and general maintenance experience. Must be willing to work 8 hours a day keeping park in good condition. Grass cutting in the spring and summer, fixing water leaks, digging up septic tank lids so a tank can be pumped out, cutting limbs, hauling gravel to fill in ruts in roads and driveways, spraying driveways for weeds, cutting hedges and just general maintenance.
