2020-0278, Identity Theft: On 01/26/22 at 11:43 a.m., deputies responded to the 2000 block of Light Road, Oswego Township, for a report of an identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.
2020-0278, Identity Theft:
2022-0279, In-State Warrant: On 01/26/22 at 1:37 p.m., deputies responded to the 900 block of Omaha Drive in Yorkville for a warrant service. Contact was made with Nickolas K. Schmieder, a 19-year-old male from the 900 block of Omaha Drive, who was wanted on a Kendall County failure to appear warrant for attempting to disarm a peace officer. Bond on the warrant was set at $2,000 x 10%. Schmieder was taken into custody and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.
2020-0280, Identity Theft: On 01/26/22 at 4:30 p.m., deputies responded to the 0 to 99 block of Sierra Road, Oswego Township, for a report of an identity theft. The investigation is ongoing.
2022-0283, Hit and Run: On 01/26/22 at 7:28 p.m., deputies responded to the area of Simons Road and Plainfield Road, Oswego Township for a report of a hit and run. This investigation is ongoing.
