Press release from the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce: January 21, 2022 As housing attainability is a top regional priority for the Charleston Metro Chamber, we are in the process of hiring a Housing Executive Fellow to lead the Regional Housing Coalition and the public relations campaign that was recommended during the Housing Attainability Vision Lab. We work with local governments and allied organizations on advancing solutions across the region; the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) has been an invaluable partner and regional leader in housing attainability. Recently, the CTAR released their housing study designed to identify housing policy proposals that will have a meaningful impact on housing affordability in the Charleston Metro region.
