We are seeking an individual who has experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable of technology, and be apt in problem-solving. The ideal applicant is 50 years old and lives close to East Austin. Experience in the following is a plus: • Drywall • Light plumbing • Light electrical • Painting • Performing maintenance, light, and laundry repairs. • Minor repairs/replacements on appliances • Other miscellaneous maintenance work • Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary. • Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. • Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed. • Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building. • Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility. • Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required. Requirements • Must have a valid ID • Must provide your own tools and materials • Must be willing to undergo a background check • Must have reliable transportation (car) • Must have an iPhone or Android cell phone
