SUMMARY: Light sidewalk snow removal, clearing short residential sidewalks. No driveway shoveling. PAY: Up to $500 PER DAY, based on performance, plus $0.60 / mile. Base pay is $17/hr. Job must be done within 12 hours after each 2-inch snowfall ends. Pace of the work is up to you. Working FAST = $40.00 + per hour +++ Each shift you work adds to your end-of-season bonus, paid in April. +++ WORK DETAILS: You will clear short walking paths to front doors, and some sidewalks. Easy-to-use software leads you from location to location with GPS. Each stop pays $5-10, and takes between 30sec-8min. Most stops take 3-4 mins or less. EQUIPMENT: You use our shovel or our snowblower, it's up to you. You drive your own car or truck from site to site. LOCATION: Rochester Hills, all stops are inside a 3 mile radius. Follow the route on our GPS tablet. The route and notes on each stop are plugged in and ready to go. TIME: Must be completed within 12 hours after any snowfall over 2 inches. The work can be done in about 10 hours solo, or 5-7 hours on a crew of two. We will call/text you when snow reaches 2 inches REQUIREMENTS: - Valid Michigan driver license. - Must have your own vehicle, able to drive in the snow. - Must have adequate auto insurance, above the state minimums. PREFERRED: - Covid-19 vaccine is helpful, so the crew doesn't have to wear masks (if you work with others). - Experience in snow services and/or residential lawn care services is preferred. YEAR-ROUND INCOME OPPORTUNITIES: - We will be hiring experienced lawn and snow pros in spring/summer 2022, for full-time work. - Pay for experienced full-time lawn care is $25k - $35k (+) per 7 month season (Apr 1 - Oct 31)
