OVERVIEW As a Shipping Associate at Inteleca, you will: - Pull, Pack, & Ship orders daily - Examine outgoing product for damage and imperfections - Prepare shipping labels for Domestic & International Shipments - Organize stock and help maintain inventory - Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures - Keep warehouse clean and organized daily - Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and availability - Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies - Thrive on a fluid and changing job responsibility while remaining organized, optimistic, and coachable - Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security BENEFITS Since company growth is a part of the job, we provide some pretty great perks to go along with a job well done: Dress - Wear whatever you think will help you work your best! Paycheck - Competitive wages REQUIREMENTS Our ideal Shipping Associate: Experience - Experience in warehouse procedures and best practices - Capability in understanding IT products and the values associated with those products Education - High-School Diploma or greater Skills - Strong attention to detail, decision making, and problem solving skills - Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Ability to lift boxes and / or products of 50+ pounds Characteristics - Excellent communication skills - Is a genuinely nice person with a sense of humor
