I'm looking for a band or individuals who need a rehearsal space for cheap. my studio mate moved out leaving me with a big bill. and since I'm a musician I'm of course poor. it's a 10x14 foot room with 24 hour access and tall ceilings. there's a pa system and an extra drum set if you need it. $200 per month !
