Higher Ground Moving is hiring for a driver/team lead position. Starting pay is $21/hr for a 90-day probationary period, then get a raise based on performance. What you have to offer to become part of our team; • Drivers must become DOT certified, we will run your license number and MVR • Pass a DOT background check, no felonies, theft, or violence on your record • A positive attitude, great customer service, and the drive to always do better • Must be coachable and willing to do things the HGM way. Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs., move, push, pull, sit and stand for long periods of time. Fitness is a must. Moving is hard work under ever changing circumstances and it needs to be done with the customer in mind. It's not for everyone but it's never boring, especially not here. Experience driving large trucks is a requirement, experience driving manual is a plus. We can train you to drive and move the Higher Ground way as long as you have the will to be taught.
