This guy owns every house around me and they play nonstop heavy techno bass shaking my home and brain causing me severe migraine. How can Oregon not have a silence hour and disturbing the peace laws. The landlord died and his heir is a dangerous lunatic trying to knock down trees onto my house. What kind of creep shovels a cars worth of snow off a cliff and into a neighbor's yard after being asked not to. The worst part is they robbed my life savings and followed me around town for a year. He lives at 204 e juda Jim rd. And the slumlord and other gang members of his are the scariest group of people. I am afraid for my life. Please help.
