Older Chihuahua needs home urgently

My 80 yr old mother has seen severe medical condition changes recently and being moved into assisted living the next Monday the 31st. We have re-homed one of her 2 Chihuahua's (Baby) but, not found any options for Honey yet. She is a spayed female Chihuahua mix that is black in coat and tan colored on her face and head as well as legs and underneath. She's about 8 lbs, we believe called applehead. We do know she's eldery and at least over 8 yrs old. She was from a California kill shelter adoption from a group on the Oregon coast, when my mom adopted her. She has an issue of a cough due to her trachea and it causes her not to be able to walk very far either. She is overweight some. $20 adoption fee to make sure she is going to a good home. Any leads toward someone that would foster her til adoption would be welcome as well. Thank you
