Rock Band Currently Looking for a Lead Guitarist

We’ve been together with a few different lineups for about 10 years and are currently playing as a three piece (guitar/vocalist, bass, drummer/vocalist). We've each been playing for 30+ years and we are looking for a lead guitarist to fill out our sound. We mostly stick to originals with an occasional cover and have a catalog of about 30 songs that we like. It is important to fit in personally with the rest of the band, be able to quickly pick up songs and creatively augment the sound. If you have your own original songs to contribute that is cool, too. We are all pretty laid back, keep it loose but try keep the songs tight. We all have day jobs and get together once per week to practice (northwest suburbs) and will do an occasional gig. We are casual but committed to the band and expect that from all members. We are consistently in writing mode and will look to record once we get a lineup we are happy with. The goal of the band is to have fun making music, blow off some stress and create/record/perform stuff we can be proud of.
