Site Manager - Cleaning We are an expanding contract cleaning company that is looking for energetic individuals to fill a Site Manager role. An excellent candidate will have the desire and ability to build and lead his or her team to achieve specified housekeeping outcomes and maintain a high level of quality. This person will be responsible for supervising a cleaning staff at a specific large facility. This may include interviewing, training, inspecting, performing floor care, cleaning and other tasks as assigned. Individuals must be able to ensure proper service delivery according to specifications, and be good at working with people, communicating with customers, administering paperwork, and have a can do, positive attitude. The position may include periodic weekend work. 2 years prior supervisory or management experience required. Janitorial experience also a plus but not required if you have strong management skills This position is on 2nd shift.
