We are rapidly growing and seeking goal oriented, self-driven sales representatives for our MD team. The opportunity: Our outside sales representatives sell and market roofing repair services and roof replacement directly to homeowners in local neighborhoods! Phoenix is currently serving areas in Baltimore, Harford, Anne Arundel, Howard, Prince Georges, Cecil, Montgomery and more. Commission and bonus paid position. Annual pay will vary but annualized earnings with sale commissions is generally between $60K - $120K with unlimited earning potential. Learn our sales process from the ground up during our training program that will take you from a setter to a closer! What You Will Be Doing: Travel to different storm affected areas and local neighborhoods going from door to door to meet prospective customers selling roofing services and solar solutions while presenting the value of our services and products Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals Follow up with customers while providing top level customer service Inspect roofs for damage and work with insurance companies Optional travel opportunities to storm-hit areas near our offices Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Experience in sales A commitment to excellent customer service Highly driven individuals who are ready to change their life and income! College Degree is a bonus but not required (we are open to those with relevant experience) Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team oriented attitude Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance are required.
