ive been seeing a lot of ads for puppies that are 1 week old. first of all this is illegal. they are way to young to leave their mothers. This can lead to serious trauma to the pup. They can be very skittish and lead to aggression, not to mention it is just wrong trying to sell puppies faster. They are not "rehoming" they are selling. A small rehoming fee is $100 for A LIVE HEALTHY ANIMAL that needs a home. Not $1000 for a puppy who is being sold at only 2 weeks old. Legally puppies have to be 2 months old which is AT LEAST 8 WEEKS OLD. Keep in mind most breeders wait until 3 months which is 13.5 weeks. Keep in mind the are also probably scammers and will ask for a deposit and never talk to you again after you pay it.
