Daytime Cleaning Position

We are looking for a self motivated individual to fill a cleaning/assistant position. The individual will be responsible for (but not limited to): Disinfection of common spaces Trash removal Refilling dispensers Touching up restrooms Stocking closets Assisting in ordering supplies Cleaning up unexpected messes that occur during business hours Alerting maintenance of any building issues General cleaning of common spaces (halls, lobbies, elevators, restrooms.) Maintaining a clean work environment. The proposed schedule is: M-F 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Follow all company adopted cleaning techniques and workflows. Clean, wash, disinfect, dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish surfaces using a variety of chemicals, tools and equipment as directed by team manager or mandated by company standards Perform other related duties as assigned. Key Requirements: Must have physical mobility, agility and stamina Must be able to work with a variety of cleaning chemicals Must be punctual and dependable Must be detail-oriented and have good time management skills.
