We have a 2500 sq foot 2nd floor studio space (private entrance) available for hourly rentals. Great space for yoga, dance and other movement based workouts. Also well lit space good for photoshoots. Additionally available for small parties and gatherings. Located in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of traffic. Quality wooden floors and great natural lighting. We have wifi and a movable stand with a 50 inch TV set up for conducting online classes. It is primarily set up as a Kung Fu school and contains training equipment, mirrors and ceiling curtains for separating the space. There are several parking options and it is near the Kedzie brown line station as well as numerous bus lines.
