Rock Creek Country Club, a private golf course located near Beaverton, is seeking part-time staff for our Outside Services team. Afternoon/Evening shifts are ideal for students or those looking for a second gig. Primary duties include maintaining the driving range, practice areas, carts and other ad hoc areas/items. Complimentary golfing privileges included for all employees. Skills Required: • High-level organization skills • Attention to detail • Proactive, as well as reactive skills • Professional communication skills • Golf course experience preferred • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to lift 50 lbs • Ability to work in inclement weather Essential Responsibilities • Greet members / guests upon their arrival and their departure. • Prepare, operate, and maintain cart fleet. • Set-up, monitor, and take down the practice facility supplies. • Keep work area clean and orderly at all times. • Assist with member requests as needed. • Assist with requests from the Director of Golf, as well as the Pro Shop staff as needed. • Assist with the set-up and execution of all golf tournaments and events. • Adhere to all Club, and Golf Department related policies and procedures. • Professionally conduct oneself and maintain a professional image at all times. • Be informed on and promote all club activities and services.
