Loving cat needs a loving home

Lulu is a cat we adopted about 6 months back. About a month in we noticed she was urinating under my husbands desk. We have done everything we can to get her to stop and it has been unsuccessful. She is fixed, comes with a bed and some toys. She’s super loving and cuddles with us all the time. She would do well as an only cat, she also didn’t refers to go outside and will sit at the door when she wants to come in. We’re asking for a small rehoming fee to ensure she goes to a loving home.
