Description
Ran by a guy with a cape and top hat last night trying to catch the MAX. I've seen this guy like 4 times before! This guy is dripped out every day with no hesitation. His cape is even lined with yellow fabric. I would like to know why the drip? Or is he just flexing on all of us?
