Tile Installer We are looking for an experienced tile installer who understands the importance of building strong customer relations with timely execution of installs & quick response to any issues.  This person will aid in the coordination of scheduling product pick-up from local vendors as well as routinely hands-on fix quality issues onsite (small repairs).   A day in the life of a tile installer: Attend daily morning huddle to go over pertinent company info, safety, and schedules Ensure all tools and materials are loaded in the company install van for the day Drive to job site to lead the install of tile on mostly new construction with the occasional remodel Lead and train a tile apprentice/helper while installing the job Meet quality and schedule requirements to meet or exceed industry standards Communicate with sales and operations teams to ensure jobs are done on time and in full Handle touch ups and call backs as needed Projects as assigned
