We are currently looking for a reliable Handyman to upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of our customers premises. We’ll rely on you to communicate with with Management and customers. You will be asked to perform various jobs. Technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. We are currently seeking individuals to work directly for our company or if you have your own reliable crew we gladly welcome you to apply as a sub-contractor. Starting Salary range from $60k-$150k depending upon your experience. Responsibilities • Ability to accurately take measurements • Install fixtures • Clean and maintain work area by sweeping, dusting etc. • Install and repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of a residential dwelling or commercial building • Interior and Exterior Painting • Installation of flooring, cabinets, countertops etc. • Installation of Bathroom materials such as tile, showers, tubs, vanities, faucets and piping and other materials • Minor Electrical & plumbing replacement or repair • Installation of Drywall • Roof Repair and Installation • Siding Installation and Repairs • Installation of Gutters • Kitchen Remodeling and installation • Demolition • Window Installation • Responsible for Maintaining all tools • Identify and report the need for any major repairs Skills • 2 years minimum of Proven experience as a handyman, contractor, builder or carpenter • Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment • Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems • Basic math and measurement skills • Excellent communication ability • Well-organized and good in problem-solving • Attention to detail • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid Drivers License
