We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and energetic people who will represent our company in the best light possible. If you are someone who loves working with people, is a fast learner and works well under pressure, we would love to meet you! This is for a role as a Photo Booth Attendant for Southern Arizona's highest-rated photo booth company. Job duties will entail assisting a Sr. Photo Booth Attendant with pickup, delivery, setup/teardown, and operations of photo booths and guest experiences at high-end weddings & events. This includes setting up other supplies such as scrapbooks, backdrops, etc. Typical events last around 9-12 hours (which includes travel, set up and break down) and occur mostly on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Events are located across the state, and most often take place in Tucson and Phoenix Area (with travel from Tucson office). From start to finish, the entire time spent driving and working will be compensated. Working Friday's and Saturdays are a MUST! Availability must include Friday and Saturday generally from 1PM onwards. Having Sunday's available is a plus. Weekday events will take place occasionally and will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Will be occasionally required to work holidays such as New Year's Eve, 4th of July, Valentine's Day, etc. Our whole company is built on fun, excitement, and professionalism, so if you're not one to smile and talk to strangers, this probably isn't the role for you. Responsibilities ************************** Attend training(s) Quickly accept calendar invites for open events Maintain perfect attendance and timeliness. Because of the nature of our business, perfect attendance is a must! We do not tolerate late/no shows Must be courteous, friendly, and professional at all times Assist with transport, set up, run, teardown, and operations of photo booth Create a fun atmosphere and encourage guests to have a great time in the photo booth Handle tech problems that arise - will be trained (mostly handled by Sr. Attendant) Maintain working knowledge on photo booth software, and other technical equipment (provided in training) Follow specific, detailed instructions Dress according to company policy for events, most often requiring Formal and/or Black-Tie attire. You might need to go shopping for this one. (No derogatory visible tattoos and must not be a smoker (vaping is OK, but not during an event.) Desired Traits, Skills & Abilities ************************** You are someone who is fun, friendly, outgoing and energetic - Excellent customer service skills go a long way You have basic Windows computer knowledge Problem solver and can perform well under stress. Sometimes tech issues arise that you’ll need to work through during the event while guests are waiting Team player and gets along well with others Fast thinker and even better communicator. Working with such a broad array of guests in a constantly changing environment means you'll need to be able to flex your communication style for both boomers and gen-z Experience in the events industry or photography background is a plus! Other Requirements ************************** Must be 21 years or older Can pass a background check without any red flags Able to lift without assistance (50 lbs+) Driver's license w/ clean driving record, full insurance on vehicle and 100% reliable transportation.
