We are looking for a reliable rehab specialist in Philadelphia who licensed and insured. You must have a full crew to handle everything from start to finish. You must be investor friendly when doing estimates and stay on budget. You must have good references I will call and check your references. I find you the jobs you must agree to be us a referral fee of 5%. You won't need to pay anything up front until you have a signed contract with the clients. Then you must agree on each draw payment you receive you will send 1/3 of the 5% on each draw payment until the job is complete and you are paid in full.
