The Wuhan Covid 19 virus brought us masks mandated by our govt. We already had hoodies. Now combine hoodies and masks and you have the perfect way to avoid getting caught by a camera when you commit crimes. So if we outlaw masks when worn with hoodies (or hoodies if you are wearing a mask), is it possible we can take a big bite out of crime. What would happen if you outlawed both? Of course we would have to prosecute, which is a problem when you have DA's who refuse to prosecute.
