Lost Small Dog

My small dog ran from the house we just moved into yesterday. He's small, about 8 pounds, and about 3 years old. He's white and gray with a red collar, but no tags. He is microchipped. He responds to Dobby. He is skittish with people and animals. He was last seen at the intersection of North Heatherwilde Boulevard and Willow Bluff Drive. Please help find him.
