INVITATION AND REQUEST FOR BIDS: Hensel Phelps is preparing a bid for HP2020.3 Austin Memorial Park Restroom Renovation and is actively looking for proposals from qualified sub-contractors to perform the varied scopes of work on this project. The Work includes renovation of existing restrooms and the addition of ADA compliant sidewalks per plans titled “Austin Memorial Park Restroom Renovation” dated 1/19/22 by FGM Architects: *RFI’s are due no later than 3 PM Thursday, February 3, 2022 *Subcontractor, Supplier and Service Provider Bids are due no later than 5 PM Friday February 11, 2022.
