Iso free small puppy

I'm looking for a young small dog like a dachshund or some small puppy like that. I'm hoping to get a female and male for my boyfriend and I so we have an emotional support animal per our doctor orders. I'm hoping to get them for free so we can spend the money we do have to get stuff for them and also pay for vet care and anything else. The puppies have to do good with other dogs cause we have friends who bring there dogs and also do good with kids and cats cause we babysit for a friend a lot.
