Setting up line up for men's softball.

I'm managing a team and we need to get all lined out. I'll need to get my positions set. I want to secure an excellent pitcher. I've been a catcher for many years so that's covered. All positions are wide open and looking to be filled. I know it's late but this stuff needs to be done and I'm very motivated to move on it.
