Mechanic needed for MAF sensor clean/change

Can someone help me out with this today! It may need to be cleaned or replaced but I need a mechanic to come look at it. If it does need to be replaced it cost about $70 but I would need a mechanic to come and change it or clean it. Thank you in advance.
