Odds n ends to finish remodel

Here is a list of tasks I need done: -Rotate toilet 2’ to other wall in same bathroom, run new pex accordingly -Remove bidet, cap h2o lines -remove and reinstall washer dryer and slip sink to garage closet, run new hookups (same closet as water heater so running new hookups should be able to do) -remove and rescreen master bedroom windows -remove and replace claw tub faucet -remove and reinstall sump pump from laundry to basement (anywhere in garage is fine, near power) Also, continue framing of existing fireplace up to ceiling, run tile back board up to 5’, Drywall the rest, Sanded and finished -drywall repair 73 1/2”x 44” (Cap existing junction boxes) -install pocket door in laundry to study bathroom. Has existing normal swing door now -switch out 2 chandeliers, already hung just need to switch them w each other. - Need done asap! Also there are some other things needing done and can discuss when you come see job
