Solar Power- Off the Grid

Hi, we are looking to begin construction on a 2056 sq. house in Aiea. This is vacant land, and we have not installed electric power, because there is no power. What we'd like to do, is to stay off the grid with clean energy. Can anyone help with this. If you can sponsor help, we'd appreciate that. We also have a part-time running stream in the backyard. We'd like to harness energy from that too. If you know how to do this, we'd be interested. Thanks!!
