Company that's been in business for more than a decade is looking for a customer Service Representative to coordinate customer relations/operations and procedures and to work alongside our Customer Service Managers to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be work-driven and have great verbal communication skills. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting new staff and a team.
Job duties:
Your job duties will include processing customer enrollments one on one, customer verification, maintaining customer confidentiality, following systems / guidelines, working in a team environment. Must be able to work in person with customers. THIS POSITION IS NON REMOTE.
Required Qualifications:
✓ 18 years of age or older
✓ Authorization of working in the United States.
✓ Able to work a full time schedule (40+ Hours)
✓ Desire to HELP people.
✓ Reliable, dependable team player.
✓ Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
✓ Bi- Lingual is a PLUS, not required.
Must have Vaccination Card or At least One Vaccine shot within 45days from interview.
