Rehoming 4yr old Male Pomeranian

I absolutely hate that I have to make this post. I am looking to rehome my 4 year old neutered male pomeranian. His name is Loki, he is slightly skittish, but has tons of love to give. He does need a current rabies vaccine (about 6mo overdue) and a good grooming. He is a barker when left alone for very long periods. He does great with kids and other small dogs. Unsure about larger dogs and cats as he has not been around them. He has no medical conditions. He is potty trained and knows how to use a doggie door. I have had him since he was 8 weeks old. He would do best in a house with a yard and not in an apartment. I am moving and am not able to bring him with which breaks my heart. There is a rehoming fee of 200
